Welcome to Adshow (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Who Can Use the Platform

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.

  • Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

  • Not be prohibited by law from using our Services.

Use of the platform for business purposes (advertisers) may require valid business registration.

2. Platform Overview

The Platform connects:

  • Advertisers who create and fund campaigns for social media promotion.

  • Creators who apply to campaigns, post branded content, and earn based on verified views.

We provide tracking, tools, and automated payout functionality. We are not a content agency, employer, or direct intermediary.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or abusive behavior.

4. Campaign Rules (Advertisers)

As an advertiser, you agree to:

  • Only launch campaigns with lawful, non-deceptive content.

  • Clearly define campaign requirements and creative guidelines.

  • Fund campaigns in advance. Remaining funds are refundable upon cancellation, minus processing fees.

  • Use the platform solely to work with creators approved through the system.

We reserve the right to reject or remove campaigns that violate our policies or platform integrity.

5. Submission Rules (Creators)

As a creator, you agree to:

  • Post original, brand-safe content that meets campaign guidelines.

  • Ensure all submissions are public, visible, and not age-restricted.

  • Maintain accurate linking between submitted posts and your profile.

Failure to meet submission requirements may result in rejection and forfeiture of payout.

6. View Tracking & Payouts

  • View counts are measured using platform-integrated analytics. Bot views, traffic manipulation, and fraudulent methods are automatically excluded.

  • Payouts are made based on valid, verified views as per the advertiser’s rate.

  • Creators may request withdrawals upon reaching minimum thresholds (if applicable).

  • Advertisers can review submission performance and reject content before it goes live.

We reserve the right to investigate and adjust view counts or payments for fraud prevention.

7. Fees & Payments

  • Advertisers pre-fund campaigns using accepted payment methods.

  • Creators receive earnings based on verified performance.

  • Platform fees may be deducted from either party and will be disclosed before transactions.

  • All payments are processed via third-party services (Stripe, Revolut). We do not store payment card details.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

  • Harass or abuse other users.

  • Post offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

  • Interfere with our systems, APIs, or data tracking mechanisms.

  • Attempt to manipulate view counts or campaign outcomes.

Violation of this policy may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding user-submitted materials) is the property of Adshow.
You retain ownership of content you post, but by using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote that content for platform-related purposes.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. To delete your account contact support. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

  • Withhold payments or restrict access if fraudulent activity is detected.

  • Retain necessary data to fulfill legal and financial obligations post-termination.

11. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee creator or campaign performance.

  • All earnings are based solely on valid view tracking.

  • While we monitor for fraud, final responsibility lies with users to act ethically and comply with platform rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of European Union, without regard to conflict of laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
